Week 41 - December 6-12

Nova had her 9 month appointment this week!

But first, she was a Lady who Lunches.  See her entertaining the restaurant with her musical spoon playing?  Encore! Encore!

All smiles at the park!  It's been in the 50s and 60s Fahrenheit this week - so wonderful, especially for December.

Nova was so good this year, we let her open her first Christmas present early.  Thanks Ford, Jenn and Kaia!

We closed on our house on December 8!  Phew - glad that's over.  Now, on to the packing, moving and unpacking.  Since most of our stuff is Nova's, we assume she's going to contribute a lot to the move.

Also on December 8 was Nova's 9 month appointment!

She's 28.5 inches long - 75%ile

She's 18.7 pounds strong - 50%ile

The doctor was very impressed that she can walk already, and was impressed that she could point with her index finger too.  Finally, when the doctor approached Nova to check her ears, Nova stuck out her tongue and made the "plplplp" sound.  The doctor cracked up, exclaiming, "She is so funny!"  We agree!
