Week 48 began in snow, and ended with friends!
The snow ended Saturday night, but the plows didn't come until Monday morning. This is a picture of the north end of our street. |
This is the south end. I went for a stroll on Monday because I was going out of my mind being inside for so long. The snow was up to my knees, making the walk a great workout!
The huge wall of snow is our street. The shoveled part is our driveway. Nice shoveling, Lynn. |
More beautiful shoveling. Notice how the pattern of shovel marks is consistent throughout? That takes real talent. It's totally unnecessary, of course, but isn't all genius technically unnecessary? |
Another shot of Nova indoors, out of the snow, enjoying her rocking horse. |
I love her cheeks and hair in this one. |
She's taken to feeding us, which we really appreciate. Eating is difficult - it's nice to have some support. |
Her signing continues to be useful! Her definition of "more" (shown above) means, I want this, please pick me up, turn on the fan, feed me more, and nonsense. :) |
Nova and Jack, hanging out! |
They are so busy together! It's very cute. This visit was the first one where Nova took a toy away from Jack, and he protested. Up until this week, both were perfectly fine with toys being taken away. They are growing up so fast! |
Very fun. Love your captions. Love, Grandpa Steve and Grandma Nancy
