On Sunday, June 22, we attended Bob Colebank's Benefit. It was exceptionally well done, and a lot of money was raised. Thanks for a great evening!

After the benefit, these three new dads posed for a photo. These three were roommates in college, and now all had babies this past spring. Left: Lynn and Nova (born February 28) Middle: Chris and Easton (born March 17) Right: Joel and Charlotte (born April 7) |

Nova and Charlotte giggled with each other for many minutes. It might have been the cutest thing I have ever seen. |
And, flying back home at last. Thanks for a great trip, Minnesota! |
After her adventure in Elin's exersaucer, we had to buy one of our own. The joy continues. |
Another cute outfit from Grandma Nancy! |
After our trip to Minnesota, Nova was ready for all kinds of new adventures! So, off to the pool. Before jumping into the water, Nova wanted to do some lounging in her new swimsuit, and swimhat. |
Then, we went for a dip! This was a Thursday morning, so nobody else was around. The lifeguard took our photo before I walked around with Nova and let her feel the water. She didn't cry, I so concluded that she may like it. I think she was just taking it all in. |
After swimming, our little girl was tired out! She fell asleep between the troposphere of blue clouds and the stratosphere of pink clouds.

Mommy and Nova snuggles. I love this little outfit from Grandma Nancy. (The one that Nova is wearing, not Briggs!) |
My buddy Jingwen went home to China for a few weeks this summer, and brought back a great little gift for Nova! It's a dragon pillow meant to protect her while she sleeps. Thanks Jingwen!

Love this photo of Jingwen, Ze and Nova. Thanks for visiting guys! |
Because Nova can now roll over, we transitioned her to sleeping on her side with her arms out. I wish that this meant that she slept better. But, she's now experiencing the "fourth month sleep regression." So, she wakes up at 12, 2, 4, 5, 6 am. I....am....tired.... |
She was 17 weeks on July 27....and 4 months on July 28! Happy Birthday, Big Girl! |
That swimsuit is so cute. She's like a little Ethel Merman. Her smiles continue to be amazing and gorgeous. Those eyes!
