Back to School 2021 - 1st Grade and Pre-K 4!

 Back to School 2021! So much better than Back to School 2020! Both kids are in-person and I'm so glad. They need to be influenced by someone other than me. Enter: School! 

I'm the Social Media Secretary for the PTA, so I helped put together the Back-to-School luncheon! The kids were big helpers, as always. 

Lynx doesn't officially start until September 8, but I'm lazy so I took the pictures on the same day!

We went first-day-of-school shopping. Nova walked up to the Size 7 section. Saw this dress, pulled it off the rack. We bought it, and she LOVES it.  She can make decisions so easily.

Like we did in March, we met up with Gary so the kids could walk into school together. They both looked forward to it for days!

Their favorite activity: Jumping on Dad.

Nova's second time on a horse. The woman standing behind Nova said, "Your daughter was telling me some stories. She has a GREAT personality!"

Nova and I ran in the Kentlands/Gaithersburg races! She did the 500 meter kid run, and I did the 5K. It was a really fun family outing! 

She's a natural!
