July was a very athletic month for us! The kids completed their first-ever triathlon and finished out an incredible summer swim season!

We had coordinated with friends so they could do a triathlon all together!! So much fun!

They have continued sleeping in the same bed. On this night, they were so snuggled up together, I had to take a picture! Too cute!

| Before Divisionals, there's a tradition where the older kids stop by the homes of the younger kids to give them personalized signs and candy. Nova and Lynx were so happy! |

| At the end-of-year party, all of the kids did fun activities in the pool. Prior to this, there was an awards ceremony, where Nova got an award for improving so much this year. |
